We understand it is often difficult to find the time to pay a debt. So to make it easier, we’ve got a number of different ways for you to pay. As soon as you pay a debt in full, any default listing will be updated within one business day to improve your credit rating.

Please make sure that you quote your file # on each payment, so we know it is you.

You can download and print a copy of our bank payment authority form to take into your bank. They will then set up a scheduled payment, so it gets sorted automatically.

Over the counter

Please call us on 0800 227 435 if you would prefer to come in and pay the account over the counter. We accept cash, Credit Cards and Eftpos at our offices. You will require your file # to do this.
