- communicate with you regarding outstanding amounts for goods or services purchased or used under instruction from our clients;
- understand your current financial and employment situation in order to organise repayment of any amount due;
- ensure an accurate electronic version of any interaction is recorded;
- instruct process servers and/or field agents to serve documents and/or interview you as instructed by our clients
Besides our staff, we share this information with:
- clients, solicitors, process servers, field agents and credit reporting agencies in order to recover outstanding amounts owed to our client or perform tasks, such as document service of personal field visits, as instructed by our client.
We are only able to discuss collection matters with the specific customers relating to the collection situation.
If we are unable to identify you as being the specific customer from the information held on record, are a person or agent authorised to act on behalf of a specific which we have on record, either verbally or in writing, we will be unable to provide you with any information.
You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong.
